Become an Atlantic Sports
Certified Agent

Effective date: Aug 16, 2025

1. Parties

Atlantic Sports Management Pvt. Ltd. (“Atlantic Sports”) and the undersigned agent (“Agent”).

2. Scope of Services

Agent will source, counsel, and submit qualified candidates to Atlantic Sports programs and partner academies.

3. Agent Obligations

• Comply with all applicable laws and Atlantic Sports policies.
• Provide accurate candidate information and documentation.
• Avoid false claims, misrepresentation, or unauthorized commitments.

4. Commission & Payment

Commission is earned only upon a successful enrollment and receipt of fees per the Commission Structure. Payouts occur per agreed cycles after reconciliation.

5. Non‑Exclusivity

This Agreement is non‑exclusive. Atlantic Sports may engage multiple agents in any territory.

6. Confidentiality

Agent must keep non‑public information confidential and use it solely for the partnership.

7. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Material breach enables immediate termination.

8. Compliance & Ethics

Zero tolerance for bribery, discrimination, or exploitation of minors. Violations lead to termination.

9. IP & Branding

Use Atlantic Sports marks only as authorized and in approved materials.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atlantic Sports’ liability is limited to direct damages and capped at commissions paid in the prior 12 months.

11. Governing Law

Governing law and venue: as set by Atlantic Sports’ principal place of business, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Use of Platform

Access is provided for legitimate recruitment and application management only.

Accounts

Maintain the security of login credentials; activities under the account are the user’s responsibility.

Content & Submissions

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content. You grant Atlantic Sports a limited license to process submitted materials for admissions and placement.

Prohibited Conduct

• Data scraping, unauthorized automation, security probing.
• Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or fraud.

Service Changes

Features may change or be discontinued with notice where feasible.

Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” No guarantee of admission, scholarship, or professional contracts.

Limitation of Liability

Atlantic Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

Good‑faith negotiation followed by arbitration or courts per governing law clause.

Data We Collect

• Identity & contact data (agent and applicant).
• KYC documents for verification and compliance.
• Application, academic, and athletic records necessary for placement.

How We Use Data

• Agent onboarding, verification, and partner due diligence.
• Admissions evaluation with partner schools and clubs.
• Fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

Sharing

Shared with vetted partners, service providers, and authorities where legally required.

Retention

Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above and legal obligations.

Your Rights

Access, correction, deletion, and objection where applicable by law. Contact our support to exercise rights.

Security

Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no method is 100% secure.

Rates

• 15–25% per successful enrollment, depending on program and territory.

Eligibility

• Commission is payable only after student fee receipt and confirmation of enrollment.
• Cancellations/refunds reduce or void commission proportionally.

Payouts

• Monthly or milestone‑based cycles after reconciliation.
• Bank transfer; charges may be netted from payouts.

Disputes

Submit within 30 days of statement issuance with supporting evidence.
